TIWANNA SCOTT-WILLIAMS, BSN, RN

Owner, PearlFlower Catering

Tiwanna Scott-Williams is a Registered Nurse turned Chef and Owner of PearlFlower Catering. A Cleveland native, and graduate of Ursuline College Tiwanna has been committed to serving her workplace and community. After working as a full-time nurse for 10 years, inspired by her two grandmothers, Pearline Scott and Delores Flowers, she decided to start her own business, PearlFlower Catering.

While also working full time as a Cardiothoracic-Surgical nurse, PearlFlower catering has grown to be recognized as a premiere catering company in the Greater Cleveland area.

Chef Tiwanna was a participant and winner in the Core City Cleveland Impact program, which is designed to help entrepreneurs transform communities by growth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Chef Tiwanna was also recently chosen as 1 of 3 local chefs featured in the Launch Test Kitchen located inside of the Quicken Loans Arena for the 2018 Cleveland Cavaliers basketball season. This partnership with Quicken Loans and Aramark has increased PearlFlower's visibility and given them marketing potential to reach a much broader audience. She is also a preferred vendor for Spaces and Co. and The Western Reserve Historical Society. Her desire to provide the best service and experience for all of her past, current and future clients goes beyond the kitchen. She is also a member of COSE, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.

Tiwanna is known to be an open book among her peers and a great career mentor to many. Each year PearlFlower donates to several organizations across the county to include:  Richmond Heights Education's signature event "Pasta with a Purpose", "A Good Christmas" celebration dinner for local families in need, Financial Literacy Programs, I CAN SCHOOLS Career Day, Alive on Purpose, WIN ministries and many other local non-profits and small businesses.

PearlFlower Catering is also proud to have earned the Better Business Bureau Certification A+ rating.

Tiwanna's first and most important job is being mom to her daughter Tristan.
